CFO

Nomadéa is looking for its Founding CFO.

Nomadéa is building a new generation of premium hospitality destinations designed for long stays, remote work and more intentional ways of living.

At the intersection of hospitality, real estate and technology, Nomadéa is developing an international, asset-light hospitality model supported by its own operating ecosystem, Nomadéa OS.

We are now entering a key phase of our development and are looking for a Founding CFO who wants to join the company as a long-term partner.

This is not a traditional CFO role.

The first phase of the mission will be strongly focused on fundraising and financial structuring. Once the initial financing phase is completed, the role will naturally evolve toward the long-term financial and strategic development of the Group.

Phase 1 – Fundraising & financial structuring

At the beginning, your priority will be to help structure and execute Nomadéa’s financing strategy.

You will:

• Build and lead the fundraising strategy

• Identify and approach investors, family offices, business angels and strategic partners

• Develop and manage the investor pipeline

• Participate directly in investor meetings, negotiations and closing

• Structure investment rounds and financing scenarios

• Build financial models, forecasts and investor reporting

• Manage due diligence and the investor data room

• Support the financial structuring of Nomadéa AG and its international entities

Fundraising experience is essential.

We are looking for someone who has already participated in or led fundraising processes and understands how to move from investor identification to closing.

Phase 2 – Financial leadership & development

Once the initial fundraising phase is secured, the role becomes much broader.

You will gradually take ownership of the financial development of Nomadéa and help build the financial infrastructure required to scale internationally.

This will include:

• Cash flow and treasury management

• Budgeting, reporting and financial planning

• Capital allocation across the Group

• Monitoring profitability and performance by destination

• Structuring financial flows between Nomadéa AG and local operating entities

• Supporting acquisitions and the financing of new hospitality assets

• Evaluating investment opportunities and acquisition structures

• Structuring debt, equity and hybrid financing solutions

• Developing crowdfunding and community investment strategies where relevant

• Supporting real estate vehicles, SPVs and local financing structures

• Preparing future fundraising rounds

• Supporting the launch and financial integration of new destinations

• Managing relations with banks, investors, financial partners and advisors

The objective is not simply to raise capital.

It is to build the financial engine behind Nomadéa’s growth.

As the network expands, you will work closely with the founder and the board on the financing and development of new destinations, acquisition opportunities, partnerships and international expansion.

Who we are looking for

You may come from:

• Corporate finance

• Venture capital

• Private equity

• Startup or scale-up finance

More importantly, you understand entrepreneurial finance and know how to combine fundraising, financial management and business development.

You are comfortable with both strategy and execution.

You can build a financial model in the morning, speak with an investor in the afternoon and analyse the financing of a new destination the next day.

You are comfortable speaking with:

• Family offices

• HNWIs

• Private equity and venture investors

• Banks

• Real estate investors

• Strategic partners

Experience with Swiss corporate structures, international groups, hospitality or real estate financing would be a strong advantage.

Long-term partner position

The compensation structure will evolve alongside the company and its financing milestones, with a combination of future cash compensation and meaningful long-term equity or incentive participation.

We are flexible on the exact structure for the right person.

We are looking for someone who wants to help finance, structure and build Nomadéa, not simply manage the numbers.
