Full-time, 12 month fixed term contract HEW Level 7. Kingswood and Parramatta South campus with flexible working arrangements Salary: $108,659 – $117,202 per annum, plus 17% Super and Leave Loading. Assess organisational impacts and readiness to support adoption of learning and teaching systems across the University. The Opportunity You will provide specialist change analysis to support the adoption of learning and teaching systems initiatives across the University. You will assess how proposed changes affect people, processes, systems and ways of working, while identifying stakeholder readiness and capability requirements. You will collaborate with Learning and Teaching, ITDS, the organisational change team, program teams, the portfolio management office and other key stakeholders. Using impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and adoption data, you will identify risks, resistance patterns and capability gaps, then translate these findings into practical change approaches. You will develop user-focused plans, training and communication content, guidance materials and supporting documentation. You will also produce reporting, dashboards and insights that inform decisions, strengthen adoption approaches and support continuous improvement. What Success Looks Like: Deliver clear change impact assessments covering people, processes, systems and ways of working. Generate evidence-based insights from stakeholder readiness, engagement and adoption data. Translate user insights into practical training, communication and guidance materials. Validate clear, accessible adoption resources with subject matter experts. Develop reporting and dashboards that inform decisions and improve change approaches. Please refer to the Position Description for full details. About You A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in a Change Analyst or similar role supporting digital transformation initiatives. Advanced capability in change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis and readiness evaluation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
