What additional preferences we're seeking Prosci certification strongly preferred 3+ years of experience leading large-scale change management initiatives from conception through implementation, utilizing specialized tools for assessment, communication, and tracking. Strong workshop facilitation and adult learning expertise, with a proven ability to engage diverse audiences and stakeholders across the organization. Exceptional, courageous interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with and influence senior leadership.
