About the Role Location: Washington, DC Work Arrangement: Hybrid; remote with 1–2 days per week in office Work Authorization: U.S. Citizenship required Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking a Change Management and Training Analyst to support training, knowledge development, and user adoption for a global supply chain system . In this role, you will facilitate system training and develop clear, effective learning resources that help users understand and successfully navigate system capabilities. You will create a variety of training and knowledge materials, including traditional documentation, reference resources, and interactive tutorials using Adobe Captivate . Job Responsibilities Facilitate training for users of a global supply chain system. Develop and maintain training, knowledge, and reference materials. Create clear, user-friendly paper-based training documentation. Design and develop interactive training tutorials using Adobe Captivate . Develop training content that improves user understanding, adoption, and effective use of system capabilities. Support the delivery and ongoing availability of training and knowledge resources. Minimum Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required. Active Secret security clearance required. Experience facilitating user or system training. Experience developing training and knowledge-management materials. Experience creating paper-based documentation and reference materials.
