Shape and deliver end-to-end change approaches across technology adoption, operating models, or organisational transformation Build the case for change, assess functional impacts and develop clear change and adoption roadmaps Engage senior stakeholders, align leaders and build support across complex functions Deliver change readiness, communications, training and resistance management activities An independent consultant 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment 1+ years’ experience in life sciences or pharmaceuticals
