Salary Range: $95,000.00 To $112,000.00 Annually About the Authenticom At Authenticom, we're building the future of automotive data connectivity. For more than 20 years, we've been the trusted technology partner behind many of North America's leading automotive manufacturers, dealerships, software providers, and technology companies. Every day, our technology securely powers millions of critical data exchanges that keep the automotive industry moving. While our name may not be widely recognized outside the industry, our impact is. Today, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth-expanding our products, strengthening strategic partnerships, and investing in a world-class commercial organization to accelerate what's next. We're large enough to solve meaningful, enterprise-scale challenges, yet agile enough that every employee has the opportunity to influence our direction. We believe great companies are built by great people, which is why we've created a remote-first culture grounded in trust, accountability, collaboration, and flexibility. If you're looking for a company with ambitious goals, meaningful work, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact, Authenticom offers the chance to help shape the future-not simply be part of it. About the Opportunity This isn't just another Channel Account Executive role. We're looking for a high-performing partnership and channel sales professional who thrives on building relationships, enabling partner networks, and creating strategic co-selling frameworks that deliver real business value across an ecosystem. You'll play a critical role in Authenticom's continued growth by identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing strategic channel partners (including OEMs, tech integrators, reseller partners, and dealership software providers). You'll work directly with partner executives and their sales teams while partnering across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to help scale Authenticom's market presence through indirect revenue channels. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building—not simply maintaining—a partner ecosystem. If you're energized by driving exponential revenue growth through partner relationships and want to be part of a company with significant growth ambitions, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Build Strategic Partner Pipeline Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact channel partners, resellers, system integrators, and software vendors within target markets. Work closely with partner teams to generate, develop, and scale a robust pipeline of partner-sourced and co-sell opportunities. Create joint business plans and partner go-to-market strategies that drive long-term channel revenue growth. Drive Co-Selling & Channel Strategy Enable and educate partner sales, technical, and executive teams on Authenticom’s value proposition and integration capabilities. Actively co-sell alongside partner account executives on key strategic accounts, acting as the subject matter expert while supporting their sales process. Manage deal registration programs and navigate potential channel friction between direct and indirect sales streams. Develop Trusted Partner & Executive Relationships Build lasting relationships with partner C-level executives, practice leads, and front-line sales representatives. Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them align Authenticom’s solutions with their core product offerings and client demands. Represent Authenticom with professionalism, credibility, and integrity across the partner network. Partner Across the Organization Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to develop co-branded collateral, joint marketing initiatives (MDF), and integration pathways. Ensure seamless transitions from partner sales motions through technical implementation and long-term customer success. Share ecosystem feedback and market intelligence to influence product strategy and partner program evolution. Drive Channel Revenue Growth Consistently exceed partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue goals. Drive partner activation, engagement, and recurring deal velocity across target accounts. Contribute to the strategy and scaling of Authenticom’s overall channel partner program. What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you'll: Recruit, activate, and enable a key network of productive channel partners. Establish a healthy joint pipeline of qualified co-selling and partner-sourced opportunities. Consistently achieve or exceed partner revenue and pipeline objectives. Build deep credibility and trust within partner sales organizations. Help scale Authenticom’s footprint across key automotive technology and data integration markets. What You Bring Channel & Ecosystem Sales Experience 3-6+ years of successful B2B technology channel partner management, alliance management, or indirect sales experience. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding partner-driven revenue targets. Deep understanding of channel sales motions, co-selling strategies, reseller models, and ecosystem dynamics. Partner Relationship & Leadership Presence Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence external sales teams who do not report to you directly. Experience engaging Director, VP, and C-level executives at partner organizations. Enablement & Solution Selling Strong partner enablement skills—able to train external teams to identify, pitch, and position Authenticom solutions. Ability to translate technical capabilities (APIs, integrations, data platforms) into compelling business value propositions for partners and their end-clients. Experience selling or partnering in SaaS, enterprise software, APIs, integration platforms, or related data solutions. Technical Aptitude Comfortable discussing technology concepts including APIs, system integrations, data platforms, and enterprise SaaS solutions. Ability to partner effectively with technical teams and partner solution architects. Professional Skills Highly organized with exceptional partner pipeline and deal registration discipline. Self-motivated and effective in a remote work environment. Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Preferred Experience Automotive technology, DMS, CRM, or dealership software ecosystem experience. Existing relationships with automotive OEMs, software providers, or technology partners. Who You Are You're a builder who understands how to convert strategic partnerships into scalable revenue engines. You naturally build trust with external executives and sales reps, ask thoughtful questions, and excel at driving mutual win-win strategies. You're competitive, collaborative, and driven—knowing that long-term channel success comes from enabling others to win alongside you. You thrive in environments where your work creates a leverage effect, your strategic ideas matter, and your efforts directly influence company growth. Why Join Authenticom?
