We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Channel Program Specialist to join our team in our Fluid and Motion Control Business Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and managing relationships with our distributor network, ensuring program efficiency, and driving alignment between distributors and company goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in program coordination and distributor administration. Approximately 75% of the role will be working administrative / analytical responsibilities and 25% will be working externally with our sales and distributor leadership do drive growth programs per below break-down. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Program Management: Coordinate distributor programs including inventory, point of sale, rebates, MAP Admin, Seismic portal, price management, Co-Op funding, training proficiency certification, stock programs, and short-term sales performance incentives Provide distributors with resources and tools to support their growth and align with company objectives. Maintain, update and communicate program tools, on-boarding checklists, business plan templates, documentation, policies, handbooks, and procedures in distributor self-serve portal. Serve as distributor point of contact for marketing support requests including digital content / e-commerce support, literature, product demos, and logos. Distribution Engagement & Communications Maintain and improve the Mutual Action Planning (MAP) process, supporting on-line measurement tools, KPIs, templates, and tracking regional MAP sessions to ensure compliance. Support required planning and facilitation of regular distributor meetings and communications including Distributor Updates, Advisory Councils, and Sales Meetings Work with Channel, Sales and SBU leadership to develop and distribute commonly required PowerPoint templates for regular channel communications across the different SBUs Work closely with sales, marketing, and pricing teams to support pricing communications and discount schedule changes to distribution. Maintain central repository for all current channel program discount schedules and price lists. Process Improvement: Share insights from the distributor network with internal stakeholders to improve program effectiveness. Identify opportunities for streamlining program operations and enhancing distributor engagement. Recommend and implement best practices to improve program outcomes. Who You Are: You acquire data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems. You establish clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results. You provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization. You invite input and share ownership and visibility. You create teamwork allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in program coordination, distributor administration, or a related role Excellent organizational and project management abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with distributors. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems). Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to travel as needed Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Experience in the industrial automation sector is a strong plus. Familiarity with industrial automation products and services is preferred.
