The Role We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Chargeback Analyst to own dispute resolution end-to-end - investigating fraud, defending chargebacks, and helping us stay one step ahead of bad actors. What you will be doing You'll investigate and resolve chargeback disputes accurately and on time, following Visa/Mastercard rules and procedures to the letter. You'll dig into reported chargebacks and return transactions — running bank validations, IP searches, phone matches, and external checks to build a complete picture. You'll make clear, evidence-backed decisions on fraud cases and apply the right sanctions or account restrictions. You'll prepare robust documentation to defend disputes and contribute to monthly reconciliations across chargebacks, updates, and bank accounts. You'll monitor dispute rates, analyze account trends, and produce detailed, actionable reports to keep the team informed. You'll collaborate cross-functionally — flagging fraud trends, sharing best practice recommendations, and actively contributing to chargeback reduction. What we are looking for A proven track record in chargeback or dispute processing, with deep hands-on experience across the full dispute lifecycle. In-depth knowledge of Visa and Mastercard rules, regulations, and procedures. Experience working with USA and/or European gaming accounts — this is a genuine advantage. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities without needing close supervision. A proactive, problem-solving mindset — you spot process gaps and suggest fixes, not just flag issues. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to engage clearly across teams and departments.
