Job Description This is a remote position. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Lead Management ▪ Able to handle numerous new leads per week with prompt, professional, and warm communication. ▪ Provide timely follow-ups to active leads as well as long-term follow-ups to cold or dormant leads. ▪ Keep all lead communication platforms (Z-Dialer, ManyChat, ChatBot, WhatsApp, all email inboxes, etc.) open and active for swift lead response. ▪ Adhere to and produce according to KPIs set by management. Sales & Client Service ▪ Prioritize the best interests of guests, crew, owners, and the company when making booking decisions. ▪ Treat every inquiry with care, regardless of budget, timeline, or initial presentation. ▪ Double-check all booking submissions for accuracy, including pricing, date availability, and contract terms. Team Collaboration ▪ Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings and any monthly trainings or seasonal boat shows, as needed. ▪ Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management. ▪ Be a team player: support fair lead distribution, provide help to others when needed, and stagger time-off requests within the team for full coverage. ▪ Offer constructive feedback and ideas to improve workflows, tools, and systems. Process & Calendar Management ▪ Use a personal calendar to stay on top of deadlines, meetings, and lead follow-ups. ▪ Conduct independent research on yachts, itineraries, and client questions before escalating issues to management. ▪ Actively participate in developing and refining sales strategies and marketing efforts. Industry Engagement ▪ Keep a pulse on industry trends by following competitive websites, newsletters, and groups such as BVI Crew Charter Chat. ▪ Provide insights and new marketing ideas based on industry movements and guest preferences. ▪ Continually assess and benchmark all programs and practices to comparable companies, industries and markets. Requirements ▪ 2+ years of progressive experience in Sales: maritime, hospitality, or luxury travel sectors preferred. ▪ Understands own behavioral style and how to adapt selling style to others’ behaviors. ▪ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ▪ Working knowledge of yacht operations, maintenance, or marine logistics preferred. ▪ Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ▪ Proficiency with Google mail, Zoho, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Z-Dialer, ManyChat, SalesIQ ChatBot, WhatsApp. ▪ Familiarity with US and British Virgin Islands - local knowledge and govt regulations ▪ US Work Authorization required.
