About the Role

Super Hire is recruiting on behalf of its client for a strategic Chief Experience Officer (CXO) to lead enterprise-wide customer and employee experience initiatives.

The successful candidate will develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen employee engagement, and improve end-to-end experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise customer and employee experience strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Establish customer experience metrics and performance indicators.
• Analyze customer insights and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership across operations, marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams.
• Promote a customer-centric culture throughout the organization.
• Present strategic recommendations and business insights to executive leadership.
• Lead experience transformation initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in customer experience, operations, service excellence, or business transformation.
• Proven ability to develop customer-centric strategies that support organizational growth.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, customer analytics platforms, and customer experience technologies is preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
