The Role

We are not hiring a manager. We are hiring a force multiplier — someone who can hold the operational engine together while the visionary builds the future. This is a high-trust, high-ownership remote role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, and gets things done without being told twice.

Operations & Accountability

— KPI tracking and accuracy confirmation

— SOP compliance monitoring and enforcement

— Production coordination and support

— Commission calculation support

— COI tracking and management

— Identify and fill operational gaps proactively

—Verify Roof Material Accuracy and handover

Sales & Revenue Support

— Sales team support and reporting

— Reactivation campaign execution

— Marketing coordination

— CRM oversight and hygiene

— Pipeline visibility for leadership

— Follow-up system management!!

— DIY Roof measurements

— Recruiting

AI & Systems

— AI research and implementation (Claude, Cowork, agents, automation)

— Automation setup and optimization

— Tool evaluation and rollout

— Process documentation in AI-readable formats

— Setting up AI agents to reduce manual workload

Executive & Vision

— Executive admin support for founder

— Communicate and protect company vision internally

— Onboard team members to new structure and processes

— Act as integrator between visionary and team

— Help identify and fill gaps across the business

Compensation & Growth
