The Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution of the organization's most critical priorities. This role acts as a force multiplier for the executive team by driving strategic initiatives, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing executive operating rhythms, and ensuring seamless communication across the enterprise. The Chief of Staff combines strategic thinking with operational excellence, enabling leaders to focus on high-value business decisions while ensuring priorities are executed effectively. This individual will influence without direct authority, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and bring structure, clarity, and momentum to key business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Drive strategic planning processes for the Executive Leadership team (ELT) in alignment with business goals Facilitate leadership meetings, track action items, and ensure timely execution of strategic priorities Act as a central point of coordination across multiple initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment Support the design and operationalization of org-wide cadences such as all-hands meetings, technical forums, and QBRs Manage the flow of information, ensuring the ELT is informed, prepared, and focused on the highest-impact work Interface with senior leaders across the company (Finance, HR, Strategy, Marketing, etc.) to ensure collaboration and alignment Help drive change management and organizational effectiveness across the various teams Represent the ELT in key forums when needed Qualifications: MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field Background in product, engineering, or corporate innovation functions 10+ years of experience in a combination of consulting, operations, or chief of staff roles, preferably in technology or innovation-led companies Demonstrated success managing complex projects and working with executive stakeholders You know how to get things over the finish line and lead from behind the scenes Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize information and drive outcomes High EQ, integrity, discretion, and the ability to build trusted relationships Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or scaled tech organizations Ability to travel up to 25% as needed Candidates in New York or Arkansas a plus What Success Looks Like The ELT is empowered to focus on strategic innovation and external impact Cross-functional teams are aligned and empowered, with initiatives moving forward on time and with clarity Organizational goals are met with improved communication, faster execution and cohesion Travel - 25% Primary Location City/State: Homebased - New York, New York Additional Locations (if applicable): Acxiom is an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status (EOE/Vet/Disabled) and does not discriminate in recruiting, hiring, training, promotion or other employment of associates or the awarding of subcontracts because of a person's race, color, sex, age, religion, national origin, protected veteran, military status, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetics or other protected status.
