As we scale, we need someone who deeply understands our customers — the world of financial audit firms — and who can sit at the center of the company, connect our teams, and turn strategy into execution. That is the role of our Chief of Staff.
Act as a
right hand to the CEO
, driving cross-functional priorities and making sure decisions turn into results
Take over and coordinate
operational workstreams
across our
Professional Practice
and
Business Development Team
Own
key account relationships
, ensuring their needs are understood, prioritised and delivered
Prepare
decision-ready analyses

board and leadership materials
, and follow through on action items
Identify gaps between teams and build the
processes

rituals and structures
that close them
Bring
audit and professional practice rigour
to how we structure customer engagements and internal operations
Represent the leadership team
internally and externally, in both German and English
Take on
special projects

Must-have:
At least
three years in financial audit
with a strong grasp of professional-practice standards and workflows
Native or fluent
German (C1+)
and confident business
English (C1+)
