We're partnering with a stealth startup building AI agents that automate the creation and management of charities—an ambitious vision to become the operating system for the future of philanthropy. The business is acquiring an established $1m+ ARR SaaS company, giving it immediate commercial traction, and is now looking for a technical co-founder to help build the next chapter.

A non-negotiable is finding someone with a fundraising-friendly profile—a background that will strengthen the story for investors.
