Description Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 ($1,500 paid at 6 months of service and $1,500 paid at 12 months of service). General Purpose The Program Supervisor performs administrative and clinical supervisory work in the coordination of program services, quality assurance and professional services. To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Responsible for administrative and clinical supervision appropriate for the office Responsible for problem-solving issues with other services to support programs Responsible for adherence to system-wide quality assurance monitoring program Provides leadership in strengthening internal communications Creates and promotes a positive and supportive work environment Provides clinical consultation including review of ethical issues Establishes, implements, and evaluates policy, procedure and program content Prepares, reviews, and administers program budgets Selects, orients, trains, counsels, disciplines, and directs assigned program staff Routinely conducts quality assurance activities through reviews, meetings, reports and observation of results, according to professional practice standards and regulatory compliance Evaluates and monitors program needs, identifies unmet needs and revise services needed Provides organization, direction and staffing according to the scope of services provided Organizes and coordinates system-wide projects. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education and performance. The salary is just one component of Solvista Health's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range begins with one clinical license and ends with dual clinical licenses Licensed: $75,100.48 - $79,053.10 Dual-Licensed: $79,600.46 - $83,553.10 For position openings where sign-on bonus is present Any former employee who separated within the last 180 days is ineligible for said bonus option. Requirements Supervisory Duties Professionals appropriate to team functions and supervisory expertise Job Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: Excellent leadership and management skills Knowledge of program services, client needs and management techniques Knowledge and awareness of state and federal requirements and codes governing treatment Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate computers and relevant software products related to the job Ability to effectively communicate and present key data to management, board or partners Possesses personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to organization’s mission Education or Formal Training: Master's Degree in clinical field , consistent with the nature of the program that is being supervised Professional licensure that is consistent with degree and experience Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience working in behavioral health, health care or human services including management experience Experience with federal/state and administrative requirements Additional Information Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm – may vary depending on need Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in-office and 1 day per week can be worked remotely. Primary office location: can be at our Canon City, Leadville, Salida, or Buena Vista office, but must be willing to travel to other locations as needed – potentially weekly; mileage for business travel is reimbursable. Working Conditions and Other Conditions of Employment Working Environment: This job operates in a fast-paced, professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers. The position may require travel to conferences, meetings and branch locations on a regular or intermittent basis. Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. In the health center environment, there is potential for contact with blood-borne pathogens and communicable diseases, as well as potential for contact with dissatisfied or abusive individuals. There could be interaction with persons who are mentally ill, disabled, elderly and emotionally upset. Physical Activities: These are representative of those which must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is a largely sedentary role but can involve standing or sitting for extended periods of time, bending at the waist, and using hands and fingers to handle and file papers or operate assigned equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Employee may also have to lift 10 to 25 lbs. unassisted. Conditions of Employment: Annual TB, federally required drug screening, and Influenza vaccination or compliance with policy and procedure. Required possession of a valid state driver's license. Successful candidate must submit to and pass, post-offer drug screen, background check, and FBI Fingerprint check.
