Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chinese Language Trainer with an existing audience of 10K+ followers across social or learning platforms. The trainer will design and deliver online Chinese language lessons, create structured curricula for different proficiency levels, and adapt teaching materials to suit diverse learner needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting live or recorded sessions, preparing lesson plans, assessing learner progress, and providing feedback and support to help learners meet their goals. The role also involves engaging the existing follower base with regular educational content, collaborating with the RQuad Learning Assistant team to align lessons with broader learning themes, and using digital tools to track engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Chinese Language Teaching and general Teaching methodologies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Education-focused curriculum design.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Chinese Literature and the ability to integrate cultural context into lessons.
• Demonstrated ability to build and engage an online audience (10K+ followers on social media, learning platforms, or similar).
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with clear and accessible communication for online instruction.
• Experience with remote teaching tools, learning management systems, and digital content creation (videos, slides, interactive exercises).
• Relevant academic background in Chinese language, linguistics, education, or related fields; teaching certifications are an asset.
