Job Description Lead the Chocolate category innovation agenda end-to-end — from ideation to launch — ensuring agile execution, cross-functional orchestration, and incremental growth delivery for the company's largest category. This professional will be responsible for translating consumer insights into concrete business opportunities, driving innovation projects with strategic vision, creativity, and execution discipline in a dynamic, highly complex environment. Key Objectives Build and execute the innovation pipeline delivering incremental growth in NR and GP, prioritizing high-impact initiatives aligned with the category's portfolio strategy. Orchestrate the innovation process cross-functionally with Trade, SI&A, RGM, FP&A, and Commercial teams, ensuring integrated governance, milestones met, and on-time go-to-market delivery. Develop and lead the innovation team (2 direct reports), raising the bar on consumer insights, creativity, and execution rigor to accelerate speed-to-market. Position Requirements Academic Background Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization in Marketing, Innovation Management, Business Management, or related areas (preferred). Languages Fluent English (mandatory) — frequent communication with global and regional stakeholders, participation in international innovation forums, and matrix reporting. Intermediate/Advanced Spanish (preferred). Experience and Technical Competencies Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in Innovation Marketing, New Product Development, or Portfolio Management, preferably in consumer goods companies (CPG/FMCG). Mastery of the end-to-end innovation process: opportunity identification, conceptualization, business case development, product development, validation, and launch. Proven experience in innovation pipeline management with a focus on delivering financial results (Net Revenue and Gross Profit). Ability to translate consumer insights and market trends into relevant and differentiated innovation platforms. Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and simultaneous timelines. Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to innovation (Stage-Gate, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, or similar). Familiarity with market research tools, consumer data analysis (Nielsen, Kantar, Euromonitor), and launch performance metrics. Experience in innovation P&L management and building robust business cases.
