Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Lead end-to-end consumer insights and sensory research projects supporting fragrance innovation and business growth. Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies to address business and consumer questions. Coordinate consumer testing, sensory evaluations, and fieldwork activities while ensuring data quality and project timelines. Analyze consumer, product, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations. Translate complex findings into compelling presentations and insight-driven business stories. Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Evaluation, Sales, Research & Development, and Technical teams. Support strategic decision-making through consumer-centric insights and market understanding. Identify knowledge gaps and emerging consumer trends to guide innovation opportunities. Act as a subject matter resource in consumer research methodologies, sensory science, and consumer understanding. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Statistics, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Sensory Research, Consumer Science, or a related function. Proven experience managing research projects from design through analysis and recommendation delivery. Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations. Knowledge of statistical tools, databases, and data analysis techniques. Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities. Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal. How Would You Stand Out? Experience within fragrances, personal care, home care, or consumer packaged goods industries. Knowledge of sensory evaluation methodologies and product testing techniques.
