We are looking for a technically savvy Project Manager with a strong background in Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM). A delivery-focused leader to drive a critical portfolio of identity and cyber security initiatives across enterprise platforms. This role sits at the heart of a high-visibility program focused on modernising identity platforms, reducing cyber risk, and ensuring scalable, secure customer experiences. As the CIAM Technical Project Manager, you will lead a pipeline of initiatives spanning platform transformation, security remediation, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with engineering, cyber security, and architecture teams to drive outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment. Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in CIAM / IAM environments Strong understanding of identity technologies (e.g. SiteMinder, Identity Manager, OAuth2, OIDC, directories) Experience delivering cloud migration and legacy modernisation programs Solid knowledge of cyber security principles and risk remediation Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, cyber, and business teams Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities Why join us: NCS Australia is where you can feel at home, nurturing your talents and skills as we make tomorrow together, one day at a time.
