Job Summary: Our team is seeking a Civil Computer-Aided Design/Drafting (CAD) Technician for full-time employment. Applicants should be purpose-driven and indicate a strong interest in developing production proficiencies and standards in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Responsibilities: Project Executes the assigned civil modeling tasks Develops sheet views of plans, details and notes from the Civil 3D/CAD model Maintains awareness of the production schedule for responsible task(s) Reviews completed tasks at key intervals for accuracy and completeness Assists with the development of internal drafting and modeling standards- Assists in communicating with other disciplines and project team members to ensure overall project coordination Participates in team and company-wide meetings to discuss project issues, coordination with other disciplines and technical issues Principles Performs work in a manner that demonstrates an appreciation for the firm’s cultural values, including a commitment to quality, innovation, learning and respect for co-workers and colleagues Becomes skilled in fostering and maintaining a collaborative professional working relationship with the project team Fosters awareness of the firm’s principles of providing outstanding professional service to our clients. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience with CAD/Civil 3D required Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing Ability to problem-solve and collaborate on innovative solutions Ability to work in team environment Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected level of quality Location : FL-Remote Travel : none Compensation & Benefits: The expected base salary for this role is 60,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
