Responsibilities Gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients and foster relationships. Receive training in financial management aspects of project production, including contract writing, proposal preparation, and budget management. Develop presentation skills for local planning and zoning boards. Enhance technical site design knowledge and hands-on plan preparation experience to mentor and develop a team of design professionals. Manage the project lifecycle from initial scoping through project closeout. Essential Skills Land development AutoCAD Civil 3D Civil engineering Site development Project management Stormwater management Erosion control Residential and commercial project experience Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to learn quickly Strong communication skills Solid work ethic Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred Experience in site civil design Practical experience with civil engineering technology Work Environment This role is based in our Raleigh office, with a hybrid work schedule of 3-4 days in the office and 1-2 days working from home. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Raleigh, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $125000.00/yr. Will work out of the Raleigh office and be in office 3-4 days a week, with the flexibility to work from home 1-2 days.
