Civil Litigation Attorney

Eternity Advocates is looking for a qualified Civil Litigation Lawyer in Norway for part-time, case-by-case remote cooperation.

We are seeking an experienced Norwegian litigation lawyer to support our clients in civil disputes and cross-border legal matters.

What you will do:

• Provide legal advice under Norwegian civil law in litigation-related matters

• Represent and support clients in civil disputes, including pre-litigation negotiations and court proceedings

• Draft and review procedural documents, claims, statements of defence, and legal opinions

• Develop litigation strategies and assess legal risks in ongoing disputes

• Handle matters including contract disputes, debt recovery, liability claims, and enforcement proceedings

• Communicate with counterparties, Norwegian courts, and relevant authorities when required

What we are looking for:

• Qualified lawyer/Advokat in Norway with active Bar membership

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation or dispute resolution

• Strong experience with Norwegian civil court proceedings and litigation practice

• Experience with cross-border or international disputes is an advantage

• Ability to independently manage assigned cases and provide practical legal solutions

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and responsibility

• English proficiency (upper-intermediate or higher)
