As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join their team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer journey.

The Role

As a Claims Handler, you will manage motor insurance claims from first notification through to settlement. You'll work closely with customers, repair partners, and internal teams to ensure claims are handled efficiently, fairly, and with a strong customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of motor insurance claims.
• Assess liability, investigate claims, and make informed claims decisions.
• Liaise with customers, repair networks, suppliers, and third parties.
• Review supporting documentation, repair estimates, and claim evidence.
• Negotiate settlements and ensure claims are resolved promptly.
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate where necessary.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve claims processes and the overall customer experience.
• Contribute to building scalable claims operations within a growing business.

About You

• Previous experience handling motor insurance claims.
• Strong understanding of claims handling, liability, and insurance processes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working within a growing, agile business where processes continue to evolve.
• Fluent in English. Dutch language skills are beneficial but not essential.
