About Your New Job as a Claims Handler-Property

• Managing a mixed portfolio of property and other pre‑litigation claims through to resolution.
• Applying clear claims strategies, reviewing policy coverage
• Working closely with loss adjusters, brokers and customers
• Identifying and pursuing appropriate settlement opportunities throughout the claim lifecycle.
• Using telephone and direct engagement to support settlement outcomes

What Skills You Need in this Job

• CIP Qualified is essential
• Strong claims handling experience (at least 3 years) within the General Insurance sector, ideally with property claims

• Hybrid, 4 days in office for first 6 weeks of training period, then 3 days for next 6 weeks and then 2 days in office and 3 remote
