• Assess and process standard insurance claims accurately.
• Verify and review necessary documentation for claims processing.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather information and provide updates.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and regulations is a plus.
