About the role You’ll lead a team, support a high-performing Financial Planner, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients. Accountabilities Be the Go-To : Act as the escalation point for complex queries and provide clear, proactive solutions. Client-Facing Impact : Prepare high-quality documentation for client meetings and communicate directly with clients to resolve queries. Operational Excellence : Process new business applications, liaise with providers, and navigate platforms with confidence. Lead & Inspire : Manage and mentor a team of 2 Client Administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Drive Performance : Use data to monitor accuracy, performance, and service levels, ensuring the team consistently delivers excellence. Skills and Experience 4+ years experience in a senior admin support role, including supervising or managing a team within Wealth Management, Financial Planning, or an IFA firm. Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection. A natural communicator and organiser who thrives on developing people and delivering results. Confident with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and analytical thinking.
