Client Care Coordinator
Location: Remote (Candidates based in South Africa or the Philippines preferred)
Compensation: USD $600/month base + performance-based incentives

About The Role
The Client Care Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the return of unclaimed property
to its rightful owners. Acting as the bridge between potential clients and the sales team, this role
is responsible for lead qualification, outreach, and guiding clients through the agreement
process. You’ll be helping people access assets they didn’t know they were entitled to—work
that makes a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads and initiate outreach via phone, email, text, or mail
- Clearly explain the unclaimed property recovery process, company services, and
associated fees
- Guide clients through completing and submitting required agreements and documents
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication to support lead conversion
- Log all interactions and activity accurately in the company CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards, legal guidelines, and internal policies
- Participate in ongoing training and stay informed on industry best practices
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or client support
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-up
- Ability to quickly build trust and rapport with potential clients
- Stable internet, personal laptop, and access to a quiet, professional home workspace
- Willingness to work U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Compensation & Incentive Structure
- Base Pay: USD $500/month (paid via Payoneer in two installments)
- Activity Bonus: $10 USD for each completed and qualifying Claimant Agreement or
UPRA
- Success Bonus: One-time incentive paid after successful claim settlement and
collection (claims may take 6-24 months to close; bonuses paid monthly post-collection)
