Your role at a glance As a Client Delivery Manager, you support the company's objectives by ensuring corporate interests are safeguarded before the customer contract is signed (feasibility and implementation options) as well as organizing the implementation after the contractual agreement with the customer has been concluded. The implementation specifically relates to the contractually owed services, typically for qualified customer solutions that cannot be fulfilled through a standardized delivery process but require project coordination over various delivery units for planning (pre-sales phase) and during the actual delivery. Client Delivery Management is responsible for the planning, execution, acceptance, and follow-up of qualified, non-standardized delivery projects. What we are looking for Main tasks: Coordination of contractual requirements and the services and deliveries to be provided with customer management and the departments Planning and implementation of customer projects involving all necessary stakeholders and coordination of interfaces Monitoring deadlines, milestones, dependencies, and risks- General project reporting and timely escalation to management Tracking of risks and development of measures for risk mitigation Planning and conducting cross-disciplinary coordination, quality gates workshops, and supporting project participants to achieve project goals- Assistance in project planning (definition and coordination of project goals, resource/time/effort budgeting, planning of work packages) Definition of project workflow and project process organizations, planning and conducting the project kickoff with the involved departments Operational support in (sub-)projects by performing PM tasks (e.g. moderation of workshops) Continuous development of project methodology within the team and optimization of processes and tools for comprehensive project management Requirements: Professional skills University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business administration, engineering, computer science, or comparable professional experience Demonstrated experience in successful delivery of managed services to clients, meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards, with contractual agreements and compliance requirements as well as monitoring contract performance Knowledge of power supply and cooling of data centers, Cx ing, Fit-Out, Security, Connectivity infrastructure, as well as product knowledge (racks, networking, data center and IT-related services, etc.) Experience and certification in common project management methods such as Prince2, Scrum are desirable At least 2-5 years of relevant professional experience and proven successes in project management in (national and international) data center environments Strong analytical skills Willingness to travel Negotiation-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken Ensure discretion and professional handling of highly sensitive customer information. Very good knowledge of handling IT devices and software systems, including very good knowledge of MS Office Entrepreneurial thinking and action Excellent organizational and project management skills.
