Mentors junior staff or manages projects to ensure successful execution and delivery. Possesses strong problem-solving skills to provide professional advice and solutions that align with and support the organization’s broader goals. Manages financial operations and relationships with clients. Play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting and strategic financial planning to support the agency / network’s client base. Supports in reviewing and approving scopes of work and commercial contracts. 70,000 - 95,000 Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
