Job Description Summary The Client Implementation Analyst II works independently on moderately complex assignments under general supervision. Decisions impact own work and routine deliverables within the client implementation domain. This role provides mentorship and assistance to early-career colleagues while utilizing robust functional expertise to address challenging, non-complex issues. This job executes customer-facing implementation activities across assigned client accounts, manages workstream coordination, and this individual will take ownership of defined portions of the implementation and post-launch lifecycle. How will you make an impact & Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute end to end implementation activities for assigned client accounts, including configuration, data validation, and workflow setup with moderate to little supervision. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and resolve standard implementation issues. Prepare status updates, implementation trackers, and client-facing documentation for review by senior team members. Conduct testing activities and support resolution of discrepancies between client requirements and configured solutions. Build working knowledge of client-specific needs and implementation methodology to improve efficiency over time. Provide guidance to Client Implementation Analysts on tasks and standard procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field required. 2-4 years of experience in client implementation, project coordination, or a related professional role. Ability to manage multiple implementation workstreams simultaneously under general supervision. Familiarity with implementation tools, CRM systems, and project tracking platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in client-facing interactions. Healthcare or health services industry experience preferred. Compensation Range: $61,226.00 to $91,839.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
