About the Team & Business Line: Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience. As a key member of the Global Client Integration team, you will own and drive end-to-end product launches and conversions for new and existing clients. This includes: Project Leadership & Client Management Lead client-facing meetings, documenting key decisions and action items Deliver exceptional client service throughout the project lifecycle Present project progress and updates to management teams and stakeholders Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define, document, and agree on project scope during planning phases Project Execution & Oversight Track and monitor project progress using established project management tools Manage and coordinate all workstream owners and their deliverables Identify, address, and escalate project risks, concerns, and delays in a timely manner Direct ownership of technology system onboarding, ensuring seamless integration Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure workflows meet client needs, capturing unique requirements Apply core Client Integration processes and procedures consistently Continuous Improvement & Team Contribution Lead ad-hoc operational and process enhancement projects, including client engagement where required Partner with Data Services on additional or ad-hoc data requests Contribute to PMO responsibilities, including staffing, regional project tracking, and departmental initiatives Document lessons learned and drive identification and implementation of process enhancements About You Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline Minimum 7 years' experience in the financial services industry Proven project management and business analysis experience Experience managing and leading high-performing teams Working knowledge of Listed and OTC products Genuine interest in financial markets and the hedge fund industry Skills & Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Client-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving Dedicated to continuous learning and improvement Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Our Benefits Your wellbeing is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
