The job: The Client Management Coordinator will support the Client Management team in delivering a professional, consistent and well-organised experience for Procentia’s clients. The role will provide coordination, administrative and operational support across client governance, meeting preparation, action tracking, reporting, communications and internal follow-up activity. Here's what you'll be doing: · Provide general and day-to-day administrative support to Senior Client Managers across client accounts · Maintain client management documentation, including contact lists, trackers and shared folders to support accurate account management. · Support the preparation and follow-up of client meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes, action updates and supporting documentation. · Collate information for account reviews, client updates and internal planning discussions, using agreed templates and inputs to support a consistent, insight-led approach to client management. · Assist with routine client communications, follow-up notes and administrative updates for review before issue. · Act as a coordination point across relevant internal teams as needed. Key skills and experience: · · Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Good attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, notes and follow-up activity. · Confident using Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. · Ability to build effective working relationships with internal colleagues and client-facing teams. · Proactive approach to tracking actions, resolving issues and escalating where needed.
