Client Operations Manager - Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC)

We are seeking a Client Operations Manager to serve as the primary interface between global internal teams and clients, leading the delivery of AEC services while managing day-to-day operations, project execution, and coordination across architectural, MEP, and VDC workflows. This role acts as the central link between the client and offshore delivery teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, quality, and technical requirements, while driving client success, revenue growth, contract execution, and adherence to project milestones within a high-performance, commercial environment. Success in this role requires a combination of hands-on project management, BIM/VDC expertise, and strong client engagement, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes. This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates to be in the Mountain or Pacific time zones. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects and programs Own day-to-day project delivery, coordination, and client communication Manage project timelines, deliverables, and alignment to client milestones Lead MEP/BIM coordination efforts across disciplines using ACC, Navisworks, or similar tools Translate client requirements and design intent into clear direction for offshore teams Lead onboarding, project setup, and workflow alignment (Revit, BIM 360/ACC) Coordinate cross-functional execution across architecture, MEP, and VDC teams Ensure all deliverables meet client standards, technical requirements, and quality expectations Conduct regular project reviews with client stakeholders, providing updates on progress, risks, and next steps Proactively identify risks, coordination issues, and delivery challenges, and drive resolution Support management of scope, changes, and evolving client needs Contribute to continuous improvement of standards, workflows, and delivery processes Qualifications & Skills: Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture and/or MEP); working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks Experience with VDC workflows, including model coordination and clash detection Solid understanding of construction documentation and design workflows Proven project management experience (scheduling, tracking, coordination, client-facing delivery) Familiarity with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud environments Ability to manage client expectations alongside internal delivery teams Strong communication skills with both technical teams and client stakeholders Experience working with or coordinating offshore delivery teams preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field 6+ years of experience in AEC, BIM/VDC, or project delivery roles PMP or BIM/VDC-related certifications are a plus Autodesk Certified Professional, LEED, or BIM Coordination/Management credentials are a strong plus Location & Travel Requirements: Remote position based in the United States, with a preference for candidates located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones Proximity to a major airport preferred Travel required approximately 40–50%, both domestically and internationally Key Personal Attributes: Strong sense of ownership and accountability for client and project outcomes Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work across global teams Confident communicator who can engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues early Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, coordination, and follow-through Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable and consistent, with a strong commitment to delivery and timelines Compensation & Benefits: Competitive annual base salary ($90K - $120K) + commission Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Vee Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and valuing the ways in which we are different.
