We're looking for an experienced Client Payroll Executive to join our Education Managed Services team and take ownership of a portfolio of client payrolls. The Opportunity As a Client Payroll Executive, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate and timely payroll services for multiple clients while acting as their trusted payroll expert. You'll play a vital role in ensuring compliance, maintaining exceptional service standards, and supporting continuous improvements across our payroll operations. Key Responsibilities Process end-to-end payrolls for a portfolio of clients. Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and statutory requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for payroll-related enquiries. Investigate and resolve payroll queries and discrepancies. Produce payroll reports and client documentation. Maintain high standards of data accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with internal specialist teams to deliver an outstanding client experience. Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies. About You You'll have: Previous payroll processing experience, ideally within a payroll bureau, managed services, or outsourced payroll environment. Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Outstanding customer service and communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Experience using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel. A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement. Desirable: Experience with IRIS Payroll, Earnie or similar payroll software.
