Client Relationship Communication Associate

About the Role

We are looking for a Client Relationship Communication Associate to join our international team. This role is focused on client communication, relationship management, case resolution, and cross-functional support.

As this is a global role supporting specific markets, fluency in Turkish, Arabic, and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound client inquiries and independently resolve client-related cases.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Conduct client administration and audit checks.
• Develop strong knowledge of internal systems, trading platforms, products, promotions and educational tools.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Sales, Compliance and other internal teams to resolve client requests and issues.
• Support the investigation and resolution of client disputes and complaints.
• Provide product and platform-related support when required.
• Assist in creating internal training materials and ensuring relevant teams are updated on products, promotions and platforms.

Requirements

• Fluent Turkish, Arabic and English — mandatory.
• Previous experience in a client-facing, customer support, account management, customer success or sales role.
• Strong client relationship and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage client inquiries and sensitive cases.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable collaborating with international and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in Forex/CFDs, trading, fintech or financial services is highly desirable.
• Degree in Finance, Business or a related field is a plus.

Above all, we need someone who can communicate confidently with clients, manage relationships professionally, and solve problems effectively in Turkish, Arabic and English. Industry knowledge can be developed, but strong communication, client-handling skills and fluency in all three languages are essential.
