Hawksworth are recruiting now for a Client Relationship Partner for a global, well-known Financial Services corporation. this is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract with a high chance of extending and becoming long-term.
- Home Based | UK (occasional travel to London, Watford & Bristol)
- Base salary £39k - £58,800k+ 10–15% Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We're looking for a Client Relationship Partner to manage a portfolio of key Corporate Insurance Protection clients, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Ideally you will hold a GR1 or working towards It. Looking for high energy, great customer service, above and beyond type level, great communication skills, and from an Insurance Background ideally Group Protection and ideally a similar job or maybe Customer Success background.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and develop relationships with large corporate clients
• Support customers through claims and rehabilitation journeys
• Deliver client reviews, insights and performance reporting
• Work closely with Sales, Claims and Underwriting teams to drive retention and customer care
• Promote the full range of products, services and wellbeing solutions available to clients
What we're looking for
• Experience in Employee Benefits, Group Risk, Protection, Insurance or Financial Services
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confide
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused approach
For this role I need someone that is great at customer relations and genuinely has the customer’s interest at heart. Someone with client relationship management background in our industry (Group Protection) is of course desired, however we would be equally interested to speak to someone with a customer success background/ experience.
