About the Role As a Client Services Coordinator (CSC) at PHM you’ll play a vital role in assisting clients dealing with a variety of diagnoses, providing essential support and helping them navigate complex healthcare systems. Your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and dedication to exceptional client service will directly impact the lives of our clients, helping ensure they receive the best care and outcomes possible. Working closely with clinicians and researchers, you’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that combines clinical expertise, innovation, and compassionate care. What You’ll Accomplish Deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for clients navigating serious and complex medical conditions. Coordinate the many details of each client engagement, helping ensure care needs, appointments, services, and follow-up items move forward efficiently. Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive, personalized, and concierge-level service. Partner effectively with clinicians, researchers, physician offices, and external service providers to support each client’s care. Help clients access PHM resources and services while navigating complex healthcare systems with confidence. How You’ll Spend Your Days Proactively support and assess clients’ care needs through direct communication, ensuring personalized and timely assistance. Collaborate closely with clinicians and researchers as a vital member of the client care team, leveraging PHM’s resources to help deliver optimal care solutions. Kick off client engagements, from the welcome email through seamless registration completion, setting the tone for each engagement. Facilitate scheduling and billing support by collaborating with physician offices and coordinating services, including concierge nursing and molecular profiling companies. Take ownership of the details related to client meetings, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and completion of action items. Partner with researchers to support the assessment of clinical trial eligibility and enrollment processes. What You Bring to the Table Required 1+ year of professional care coordination experience in a complex environment. A demonstrated ability to provide concierge-level customer service. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills combined with an unflappable, professional presence. The highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with demonstrated discretion and care when handling confidential information. High versatility and the ability to thrive in a multitasking, ever-evolving, fast-paced environment. A positive, energetic, client-focused, can-do orientation, with a willingness to bring forward new ideas and perspectives. Strong comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools and systems. Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS). This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes: health/dental/vision benefits, annual cash incentive program, 401k with match, flexible PTO, PHM for PHM (our services for you and your dependents) and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation. Location This is a remote role requiring that you live in and physically perform all work in the United States.
