Client Services Manager

Airtraffic is a video production company with clients in the video game industry. We are seeking a contract Client Services Manager to manage day-to-day client communications: relaying updates and deliverables, gathering and routing feedback, answering client questions, and running client calls. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to balance multiple client relationships simultaneously.

The Work:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple concurrent projects
• Send clients regular status updates and deliverables on schedule
• Collect, clarify, and route client feedback to internal production teams accurately and quickly
• Field client questions and get them answered promptly, looping in the right internal team member when needed
• Run client phone calls, including status check-ins and feedback reviews
• Flag client concerns, risks, or scope questions to the internal stakeholders
• Keep communication organized and easy to track across all active client accounts

You:

• Love video games
• Love talking to people
• Have experience managing client relationships or accounts, ideally at a creative, marketing, or production agency
• Have a working understanding of video and design processes and workflows
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and on calls
• Have experience using Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar business tools
• Are comfortable relaying feedback between two parties without losing nuance or important details
• Can manage multiple client accounts and communication threads at once without dropping things
• Are a native or fluent English speaker
