We’ve seen successful professionals come from customer service, hospitality, education, retail, healthcare, recruiting, management, and many other industries. What matters most is your attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to learn. One Important Note: This is a client-facing, sales-focused position — it is not an HR or benefits-administration role. Our team works directly with families to educate them on their available benefits and help them make decisions based on their individual needs.
