We are currently seeking a Client Solutions & Web Support Representative to assist clients with website-related inquiries while providing outstanding customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable learning basic website support processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients via phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
Provide support for website-related questions and requests.
Update website content, including text, photos, e-mail setup, and basic website information.
Educate clients on available products and services.
Conduct outbound calls for client follow-ups, surveys, and support.
Perform quality assurance on client requests and website updates.
Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
Advanced English proficiency (required).
Previous customer service or telephone support experience.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Basic HTML knowledge (recognition only; coding experience is not required).
Familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook Business.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
