Client Success Associate

Duties & Responsibilities Develop a thorough understanding of Duolingo products, services, and support resources to provide accurate and helpful information. Handle a high volume of client and user interactions while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive approach. Respond professionally to incoming requests and collaborate with appropriate internal teams to help resolve questions and concerns. Utilize customer relationship management and internal support systems to assign, complete, document, and track requests accurately. Maintain an empathetic, solutions oriented, and user first approach in all interactions. Identify recurring questions or concerns and communicate relevant feedback to appropriate team members. Maintain accurate records while following established procedures for privacy, confidentiality, and information handling. Work effectively and independently in a remote environment while meeting established service and performance expectations. Qualifications Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong listening, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand an issue and work toward an appropriate solution. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable learning new software, systems, and digital tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team.
