AO Globe Life is hiring a Client Success Consultant to provide education and support to individuals and families reviewing insurance protection options. You will meet with clients virtually, identify their priorities, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through provided warm leads
Schedule virtual client appointments
Conduct needs-based coverage discussions
Educate clients about insurance products and available benefits
Answer questions and provide professional guidance
Follow up with clients to maintain a positive experience
Maintain accurate records and client documentation
Attend training, coaching, and team meetings
