Client Success & Content Manager

Synchro Social is hiring a Client Success and Content Operations Manager. This role sits at the intersection of client success, content execution, organization and communication.

The Role

Your job is to make sure clients feel supported and the work gets executed correctly and on time.

That means you are the person who keeps the relationship steady and the pipeline moving. Clients should never wonder what is happening, whether something was missed, or when they will hear from us next.

What You Will Own

• Client communication: communicate with clients clearly and professionally, and keep them updated without ever needing to be chased.
• Input collection: gather ideas, footage, feedback and approvals, and keep them moving through the process.
• Content execution: turn raw client input into organized, ready to publish content using our systems and AI tools.
• Team coordination: work with internal team members and contractors so editors, designers and writers have what they need and nothing sits in a bottleneck.
• Calendar and deadline management: own content calendars, deadlines and deliverables across your assigned clients.
• Problem prevention: identify issues early and solve them before they become client complaints.
• Insight tracking: track what is working and communicate useful takeaways back to the team and the client.

What We Are Looking For

Communication is not a bonus skill in this role. It is mandatory.

You need to be organized, diligent, responsive and comfortable managing relationships. You do not need to be the greatest social media strategist in the world. Strategic thinking is appreciated, but judgment, ownership, follow through and communication matter much more here.

We are also looking for someone who uses AI to increase speed and quality, not someone who uses AI as an excuse to produce careless work. AI has changed how our team operates and has made our social media managers more productive than ever. Because of that, this position is less about being the most organized poster on the team and more about owning the client relationship: improving the client experience so clients stay with us longer and grow into stronger agreements with us over time.

The right person will help us deliver a better client experience, retain great clients, and increase the capacity of the entire team.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in social media management, content operations, project coordination or account management, ideally in an agency environment.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and what makes content perform.
• Comfort with tools like Notion, Slack and G-Suite, and real fluency with AI tools in a production workflow.
• A proactive, solutions oriented approach with a high level of attention to detail.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and take ownership without being managed closely.

Compensation and Schedule

• Remote position.
• $18,000 to $22,000 USD per year, depending on experience.
• Working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.
