My Client… delivers world-class conferences and exhibitions serving the Technology space with a global series of events, the business continues on an upward trajectory & a new role has been released on the Sponsorship side of the business.

Role Overview…the role will involve being the trusted partner for sponsors, ensuring they receive exceptional service, maximise their investment and want to come back year after year. The Client Success Manager is the bridge between Sales and the delivery functions – translating sponsor expectations into operational and systems requirements.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the primary point of contact for sponsors from the moment a contract is signed through to post-event reporting. You'll help sponsors:

• Understand and maximise their event investment
• Execute campaigns and activations successfully
• Drive attendance and engagement
• Facilitate valuable introductions and meetings with a white-glove service for our key partners
• Navigate event platforms and technologies
• Achieve measurable business outcomes

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Fluency in AI and embedding AI into your daily work

Experience with HubSpot, event technology platforms, hosted meetings programmes, executive briefings or high-touch client service environments would be a bonus.
