AO Globe Life is looking for a Client Success Representative to work remotely with individuals and families seeking information about insurance protection. You will guide clients through a needs-based process, explain available options, and help create a positive and professional experience from the first conversation through follow-up.
We provide warm leads, virtual training, daily support, and an environment designed for motivated professionals who want to build strong communication and client-service skills.
Responsibilities
Work with warm leads supplied by the company
Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
Ask thoughtful questions to identify client needs
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products
Provide timely follow-up and answer client questions
Build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
Maintain accurate records and organized communication
Attend training and participate in team development
