What You’ll Be Doing• Managing communication with individuals who have expressed interest in structured programs
• Responding to enquiries using clear guidelines and templates
• Coordinating follow-up and next steps using simple digital tools
• Maintaining organised and accurate records of interactions
• Following structured workflows and daily priorities
• Participating in ongoing professional development
