Key Responsibilities I ncumbents act as a Program Administrator for the office of Coordinate Care and Regional Supports within the Division of Family Health. They direct the development of policies and programs for the region, assess overall program needs, resolve citizen complaints, represent the division to communities and at conferences, develop and manage the region's budget and typically serve on the executive staff and have a major role in developing and implementing executive policy and related matters. System of Care's High-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) is a customized service approach to keep families safely together while effectively helping children with emotional and/or behavioral health needs thrive in their homes, schools and communities, please click here for more details Day-to-day responsibilities of this position: Developing and coordinating plans and policies, resources, and mission as well as goals, vision, and expectations of agency or program; preparing and updating plans and priorities Developing, directing, and/or evaluating programs Monitoring and evaluating operations, programs, processes and/or practices for quality and effectiveness; making recommendations for improvement Negotiating or mediating issues with internal and/or external agency representatives, and/ or concerned outside parties or their representatives; and settling or resolving issues or complaints Planning, organizing, and directing overall workplace functions; coordinating time, vacation schedules and staff coverage; establishing workplace procedures; authorizing billings/expenditures; maintaining records; arranging for equipment maintenance, etc. Monitoring agency or program budget including revenues, expenditures and budget projection, etc. Supervising subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions Complying with the programmatic, financial and administrative aspects of the award and ensures compliance with the Creating and maintaining adequate documentation, including programmatic, administrative and financial records/reports Reviewing and recording financial operations and use of grant funds Qualifications Minimum or "day-one" qualifications: Masters Degree in mental health or related fields or equivalent experience SAMHSA Grant experience Children’s Mental Health experience Preferred or trainable/on-the-job qualifications: LCSW or MSW About the Role Location – 195 North 1950 West Salt Lake City, Utah, 84116 United States Background Check Required – Yes Drug Test Required – No Schedule Code – AX - Employees in supervisory positions Why You Should Join Our Team In Utah, we believe hard work is important, but balance is essential.
