Job Description Summary This role supports Clinical Applications Operations including PCAS, AVS and Imaging segments. This role supports learning technology operations, course publishing, MCT/LX course maintenance, compliance data review, help desk escalations, process documentation, system improvement projects, and emerging technology initiatives. This role will support MCT development, incidents, exception reporting, release support, etc... The position works closely with CEMs, CAS teams, course owners, development teams, IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure courses and learning systems are accurate, functional, compliant, and well-supported. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, knowledge of MCT/LX processes, experience with course authoring and publishing tools, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the ability to translate business needs into process improvements, requirements, testing plans, and practical solutions. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Course Publishing, Maintenance, and Post-Training Support Support course publishing and ongoing course maintenance within MCT and LX. Work with CEMs, CAS teams, and course owners to make sure courses are set up correctly. Confirm required course information, ownership, metadata, and compliance details are complete. Review courses before and after publishing to ensure they function properly. Support post-training courses and related maintenance requests. MCT Data Cleanup, Compliance Review, and File Organization Review course details, document IDs, compliance information, metadata, and course configurations. Clean up older, incomplete, or incorrect course records. Identify records that need to be corrected, updated, retired, or better documented. Ensure source files and supporting documents are stored in the correct location. MCT Help Desk Escalations and Technical Troubleshooting Support complex MCT help desk escalations. Troubleshoot learner access, enrollment, course launches, completions, Rustici, Salesforce, reporting, and integration issues. Recreate issues, impersonate users when needed, test courses, and coordinate with development teams. Follow up with the appropriate teams until issues are resolved. CEM and Team Support for Articulate Rise and Course Standards Assist CEMs and team members with Articulate Rise questions. Review course structure, publishing standards, source file ownership, and best practices. Help ensure courses are maintained consistently and correctly. Feature Requests, Testing, and System Improvements Key responsibilities include: Manage feature requests for MCT, My Training, and related tools. Identify issues, gather feedback, and create business cases. Develop scope and requirement documents. Meet with development teams, test changes, and provide QA feedback. New Tool Discovery and Future Platform Support Support early discovery work for new tools and future platforms. Participate in discussions around replacing or improving tools such as Scheduling Tools, etc... Gather business requirements and help define future-state process needs. AI Research, Testing, and Development Research approved AI technologies and potential GE HealthCare use cases. Work with IT, security, and technology teams to understand approved tools and requirements. Identify manual processes that could be improved through AI. Support development and testing of tools such as GE HealthCare Learning Insights and Atlas. Additional Operational Responsibilities from Prior Roles Review and learn processes previously handled by Peggy, Jodi, Kelley, and others. Review documentation, reports, administrative processes, and historical workflows. Provide backup support to ensure important operational work is not missed.
