The role also encompasses data product ownership, ensuring innovative, secure, and compliant solutions that align with enterprise goals and deliver measurable value. This is a remote position. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for building business intelligence processes for data consumption and business decision making, based on the organization’s data structure. Derive insights and provide recommendations to various business units within Insurance Operations. Partners with cross functional orgs like IT and Product teams for the design and support of business intelligence process applications. Optimizes the performance of enterprise business intelligence tools Research new technologies and develop business cases to support business intelligence solutions. Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the team’s data infrastructure and progress to platform modernization; setting 12-24 month roadmap and tracking against execution, ensuring robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions to support analytics and business objectives. Lead a team of Business Intelligence Engineers delivering BI solutions for high value use cases. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve team performance, data infrastructure, and data products. Build and foster strong cross-functional relationships with internal partners, external vendors, and key stakeholders to enhance technology capabilities and ensure successful delivery of initiatives. Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development of associates cultivating a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $142,300 - $195,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
