Clinical Care Partner PRN

Job Description The Clinical Care Partner position plays a critical role by offering support and case management when employees and family members call for services. The schedule for this position is weekdays Monday-Friday 8-5pm for 20 hours per week and additional hours may be available on an as needed basis. Training will be in office (Charlotte NC); once trained will work a remote schedule. The Clinical Care Partner - PRN must provide their own internet connection and computer (device system requirements: Windows 10 or later, macOS 13 or later, iPadOS 17.0 or later). Responsibilities Assess client needs and link them to providers or community resources Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and providers Communicate via phone, video conferencing, and email Provide excellent customer service including follow-up Maintain case notes Comply with procedures to ensure confidentiality and security (e.g., HIPAA) Qualifications Requirements Master’s or doctorate degree 3+ years’ post-masters experience in a mental health field Clinical licensure in the state of North Carolina (associate-level will be considered) Preferences EAP experience and CEAP credential Comfortable working with a team Organized and able to multi-task and manage well under stressful situations Customer service experience including phone-based Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn EAP software About MYgroup MYgroup is a full-service human capital consulting firm that enables organizations to thrive.
